This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit it, your browser automatically transmits data that is technically necessary to deliver the page (server log files): the page visited, date and time of access, amount of data sent, referrer, browser, operating system and IP address.
We process this data based on our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Vercel processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. For transfers to the USA, Vercel participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
The connection to this website is encrypted with TLS. You can recognize this by "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser.
If you join our waitlist, we use your email address to inform you about the launch of Humanpeak and to send you updates about Humanpeak. Your email address is the only data we ask for.
We use the double opt-in procedure: after you sign up, we send you an email asking you to confirm your subscription. You are only added to the waitlist once you click the confirmation link. We store the time of sign-up and confirmation and your IP address so that we can prove your consent and detect misuse.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. Your email address is then removed from the waitlist.
We send these emails with Klaviyo, Inc., USA, which processes your data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. For transfers to the USA, Klaviyo participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete the data once your request has been fully resolved, unless legal retention periods apply.
Our email is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC, USA, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not store any information on your device.
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process your data based on our legitimate interest, you can object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Data processed based on your consent is stored until you withdraw it. Data processed based on our legitimate interest is stored until you object, unless compelling grounds apply. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
